As a Certified Birthing From Within Mentor, Stephanie has mentor and birth support training through the Birthing From Within organization.  She is available to help you understand your process and experience before, during, and after your childbearing year.  Combining a wealth of knowledge of the physical workings of birth and the inner workings of the mind and soul through transformative life events, Stephanie serves as a powerful guide and ally in your process.  Whether you are currently seeking something specific such as childbirth classes or doula labor support, or something more broad such as individual mentoring or birth story healing, Stephanie's warmth and compassionate guidance serve to assist you in finding peace and confidence to meet your own physical and inner experiences in birth and life.
